Our New Bikes

Last night we went on our first bike ride together with our new bikes. It was a lot of fun. Court and Jeff joined us. We started at Johnson Park and rode all through Millennium Park. Gorgeous night for a ride. I have to admit, my legs were pretty darn tired when we got back. The guys figured, by the little markers, that we rode around 8 miles. Whew... What a workout! :)

And this is how Court ended up at the end of the ride. HaHa!!! She about rode through a swamp! it was hilarious and I couldn't quit laughing. This picture really doesn't do justice for what she looked like! HaHa!!

Pile O' Pics... (from the weekend)

I'm loving all the last minute things lately. Friday night we had 3 of our nieces spend the night. It was such a fun night. The weather was perfect! We played bean bags, grilled hot dogs, roasted smores over the fire, stayed up late, and the next day was spent on Sandy Pines. Enjoy ALL the pics from our fun little over nighter.

Chris Tomlin ~ Toby Mac

Tonight I went to the Chris Tomlin/Toby Mac C0ncert! What a great show! I still can't get over the fact that the two of them are touring together. For those of you who know both of them, know why I am saying that. They are COMPLETE opposites! It started out with your average christian concert, nice music and worship by Chris Tomlin. Then... Whoa.... I guess I really had no clue Toby Mac's music was that LOUD! Good Gravy you couldn't even hear yourself think! However, I do have to say, him and his band sure knew how to put on a good show! They were very entertaining! Overall, it was a GREAT night with friends!

At the end they sang together! Loved it!

Here is a little idea of what we saw tonight:
(I can't figure out why they are half cut off, but they still play)

The night started out with music like this:

And ended with music like this:
(And this is nothing compared to what we heard, I just know it's on the radio) :)

Fishin' Fun - Photo Overload :)

Tuesday I spent the day with my loves. I have missed them a lot so it was so fun being with them all day! Most of our day was spent fishing! This is their all time favorite thing to do lately. I love how excited they get over! After fishing we went to Sunnybrook to cool off in the pool. Wow, is that place ever different now! Very cool what they have done to the place. After swimming we came home and the boys sat outside for over an hour trading their silly band bracelets with the neighbor kids. What a great day!!! Lots of pictures below of our fun filled day!

Lukas spent almost his entire time fishing changing his lures.

The cute little snack Aunt Cindy brought out for the boys

Noah's first fish was a little bluegill - He was a little disappointed

But then he caught a big bass and all was good :)

All the boys changing up their lures. I am very thankful they all know what they are doing because I don't have the slightest clue :)

Trading bands. They even gave me some so I could trade with them ;)

Do you think they have enough??? (And thats not even all of them) I seriously don't understand these things. But then again, we used to have crazy things that we would trade too! Pogs! Remember those?
