Hail to the Victors!!!

Saturday, I attended my first ever U of M football game at the Big House!!! Oh my gosh, it was so much fun! The game was awesome! Michigan won, with a final score of 65-21. Jon was so proud of me... I spent more time actually watching the game rather than people watching :) But how could you not when they were scoring left and right. This is definitely a new yearly event for Jon and I. I am officially hooked :)

Oh, and P.S. I really did have maize and blue on. As a matter of fact, it was even a jersey, but it was way too stinken cold to take off my sweatshirt. At least it was a MI one.

Lukas' Soccer Game

This year Lukas has decided to play soccer instead of hockey. So crazy to me... they are just such a hockey family. I love seeing him so excited about something special to him though. It's something only he does, and not his brothers. I am so glad I was able to make it to one of his games. He played goalie for one quarter and had many saves! Go Lukas!!! You did great buddy!

Catching Up AGAIN!

Well my friends, I really hope to keep up with this on a regular basis. Of course, like always, I am WAY behind. I had a post about the Lindhouts staying at SP, too late for that... I will still post the picture below of my current classroom. And speaking of that... it couldn't be going better. I LOVE 2nd grade! Best age ever!!! I have a great class and it has been so much fun actually being in a classroom this year. Definitely what I am suppose to be doing with my life! I was beginning to second guess my career when I wasn't getting a job, but I have decided to refuel my patience and go for my dream... I enjoy it way too much!

First Week of School!

WOW! I can't believe the first week of school has come and gone. Overall, it was a great week and I LOVE being in a classroom! I knew this is what I wanted to do! (Just wish I had my own). I'm sure I will be updating often about my experiences in the classroom but for now... I need a nap, or at least go to bed EARLY! :)
