The boys made dinner!

Saturday afternoon, we headed over to Matt and Lori's. The boys decided they wanted to make dinner! So Jon, Matt and Dan sat down, made their list, and headed off to Meijer. 1 hour and $80 later they are back and ready to start cooking! It was pretty chaotic in that kitchen but we shared lots of good laughs! Our menu consisted of steak kabobs, cheesy potatoes, asparagus, and garlic bread! For dessert - candy overload ice cream! Oh, and of course, Miami Vices! :) My Fav! Later in the night we played some games and laughed as the boys "tried on" Jaci's new hair! Such a fun, and relaxing night with our friends!

Dan mixes up our Miami Vices...

Matt making the cheesy potatoes...

Yummy asparagus.... (and yes everyone, believe it not, I like asparagus!) :)

Texas Toast Garlic Bread....

Matt cuts up the meat for the kabobs...

Matt marinading the meat, Jonny cutting up the peppers...

Team work - putting the kabobs together...

Mmmmm.... on the grill...

And of course, pictures of Little Miss KayLynn...

Oh how I love her...

And words cannot describe these next pictures! Let's just say, I could barely take them I was laughing so hard! Never a dull moment when these three guys get together!

Blizzard 2011

Wow... the weathermen were right this time. They told us we were getting a blizzard.... and well... they weren't kidding. Tuesday night into Wednesday, we got A LOT of snow. Over 16 inches. It was awesome. We spent many hours outside enjoying the white fluffy stuff that covered all of Michigan! It even got us 2 snow days in a row... I have never had that happen before! I did have a "snow day to-do list" ready to go but guess how much of that I accomplished... None! Instead... Wednesday we shoveled for 3 hours and then went snowmobiling at Sandy Pines. Thursday I spent the afternoon hanging out with KayLynn and her mommy! :) It was a great couple of days.
