Adios, Mis Amigas

Well, I have officially finished packing and am ready to hit the road. We are planning on leaving our house around 4:30, swinging by to pick up Matt and Lori and then heading SOUTH!!! If we have time at night, while down there, I will update the blog about our trip, if not I will probably not be back on here until the end of April! I know that seems crazy long but I will be at Lindhout's and who knows if I will have time to post while I am there. Please pray for safe travels and I will see all of you when we get back!

Single Digits!!!

I may sound obsessive but we are down to only 9 days until we are on our way to RELAXATION!!! (I have a feeling they are going to go really quickly!) I already started to pack and only have the last few essentials to go!!! Can't wait. I had to pack early because I had to double pack. Literally 2 hours (or less) after we get back from spring break I move into the Lindhout's for 11 days. This is going to be interesting. Drop off one suitcase and grab another! And this all takes place in the middle of the night. (Wish me luck) :)

Sleepover...

Last night Jaedyn, Reese and Kyle spent the night at our house. We had a lot of fun. We played lots of wii when they first got there. Then Jaedyn and Reese wanted to help Uncle Jonny clean the garage, and while doing so they found a mouse... McNasty!!! They sure thought it was sweet though :) In the meantime Kyle Kenzie wanted to stay inside for a pedicure :) Oh I love her. But boy did her sassy side come out. Jon and I were dying of laughter but now I can see why she gets herself in trouble. She is a little stinker :) Later on we went to the craft store and bought a fun little box to paint. Later at night we ordered Happy's pizza (my new fav) and also rented a couple movies. We curled up with blankies and popcorn and watched Old Dogs. The girls thought it was hilarious! (We thought it was pretty funny too). The only picture I have is of them watching the movie. They sure look comfy :)

I'm so Lucky!!!

Okay, another post tonight... I have nothing to do :)
I feel so blessed to still have both sets of my grandparents!!! Barr's are in their 70's and Steenbergen's are in their 80's but they are all going strong. Here I am with all four of them on my 25th birthday. I'm so lucky they all came over to celebrate with me :)

2 Weeks and Counting...

In two weeks, almost to the exact minute, we will be on our way to the SUNNY SOUTH!!! April 1, you can't come soon enough!!!

Hilarious...

Okay, so everyday I work in the office for about an hour while the secretary leaves for lunch. It's a nice little break in my day. I do the typical secretarial things along with anything and everything else they hand me. :) Well as I stated before this month is reading month. Each Monday our principal has been sending us a "jungle" video to keep us all motivated. I already posted the Move It one which has been our theme song this month. Well anyway, last Friday she put me in charge of Monday's video. She wanted "The lion sleeps tonight" from Lion King and she wanted a certain one. (With Timon) While looking for that (which I found) I came across this video below. Let's just say I had tears running down my face I was laughing so hard. I couldn't quite convince her to use it although she was cracking up right along with me :) ENJOY!!!!

Feeling Lazy...

I realize I am a bit behind with my blogging and have a chance to catch up right now but am feeling a bit lazy. Instead of adding pics today I will just give you a quick update on what we have been up too. Last weekend the Lindhouts spent the night. SO FUN!!! The boys were so tired from their 3-on-3 bball game that morning and hockey in the afternoon that we decided to just spend the night at home. We played the wii for a LONG time, and then all cuddled up in the living room and watched a movie. It was nice to just relax and be able to spend time with them. Later in the week we got our NEW LAPTOP!!!! It was about time... our old one was major junkalicious and this one is AWESOME!!! It was also my bday on Thursday. We went to my parentals for dinner and presents and just hung out there for the night. Then yesterday we went on a mini road trip with Erin and Joel to IKEA!!! Very fun!!!! And now it is Sunday, and I am still in my jammies, and not very motivated to get moving. Hubby is still in bed and I am thinking we need to get moving since we have dinner at my parents in 45 minutes. See you all later!!!
