Scholma Family Reunion... Day 3
The 3rd day of the reunion it RAINED again! Bummer! This was suppose to be the beach day. So... instead, the girls went shopping. It was fun, but I didn't buy a thing! :(
Later that night the adults went over to Rol and Vicki's house to relax and tell old stories. Only a couple pictures from this day as well...Rol, Marc and Jon
Bryan - aka "Two Beers" / "Rabbit" and Kirk
I honestly didn't know this kids name until forever. He was never called by it. The minute he walked into the house Jon's brother - in- law named him two beers b/c he came in carrying two open beers. Later in the night he got the name rabbit b/c he was so good at the sack race. :)

Scholma Family Reunion... Day 2
Day 2 of the family reunion was much more productive. It was a very full day filled with LOTS to do. Take a look at all the pictures. They will walk you through our day!
The day started riding go-carts at Craig's Cruisers...
Then we watched the Belds on the bumper boats...
Grant did NOT want to get off the bumper boats...
Me and Kyle...
Reese and Jessi loved the Frog Hopper...
A large number of people in the family played laser tag, I just went in to take pictures...
Me and Jon watching the kids play games...
Highlight of the reunion... Kyle won 1,000 tickets on this game. The entire family started cheering! She wasn't all about being the center of attention though! :)
Later that day the whole family had lunch at Rainbow Grill. Pretty sure the ENTIRE family (besides Kirk and I) ordered potato soup... We think their CrAzY!!! ;)
Following lunch we all went bowling at Hudsonville Lanes...
The night ended at Kirk and Court's house for dinner and games...
They had a water fight in the backyard... As you can see I am taking pics from INSIDE!
Treasure hunt for the little kiddos...
Reese put on a little show...
The brothers and sisters had a pie eating contest... Disgusting! (video of this coming soon)
Sack Races... (video of this too, coming soon)
This was one tired little boy by the end of the night...

Scholma Family Reunion... Day 1
Day 1 of the reunion was spent at Sandy Pines. The morning was overcast and by early afternoon it was rainy and decided to NEVER stop! We did get in a round of mini golf and a golf cart ride but that was about it for the day. We all just sat inside and chatted while the kids (and Jon) played in the rain! Only two pictures to share from this day but lots more to come!

Cottage
We spent 6 days last week and Matt and Lori's cottage. What an awesome vacation! It was exactly what I needed. Totally relaxed, cut off from the outside world, not worrying about a thing! Enjoy some pictures of our time together!
Of course, much of our time was spent on the boat. Lots of wakeboarding...
As always, the guys cannot just do what they are supposed to on the water. They have to add something else in the mix. Here Danny is sitting on a surfboard, I can't believe he never fell off with all the stuff he was doing on this thing. This picture below cracks me up! He is wearing Matt's shoes, so his feet look huge and it looks like he doesn't have a body! :)
One of my favorite things at the cottage were our nights. Most of them were spent playing games (below we are playing "Jack Off"), however it did not take much to entertain us. This particular night we decided to give each other sharpie tattoos. :) And we are how old???
Our view...
Fun times behind the boat...
Jonny and Jordan looking for frogs
Little Miss Avery has NO fear! She was so fun to watch on the tube!
Jon and Matt tubing
This was hilarious... we had no clue how to work this popcorn maker. To make a long story short, we had popcorn EVERYWHERE!
In Ludington for the morning...
Matt wanted us to take a "senior picture"
Later that same day we headed to Silver lake.
One thing I love about the cottage it fishing. Well, this was my biggest fish this time. Sad day!
More wakeboarding...
And last but not least... All week long the guys were on me like crazy to learn how to wakeboard. I was not really liking this idea very much but at the same time really wanted to try. Well, on the last day they convinced me to put a board on my feet, get in the water and give it a try. After 5 times of failing, I gave up for the time being. I'll let you decide by the picture whether or not I liked it! ;)
